Actor’s Package
1. Sol Acting Academy will provide costumes and fun props for you and your guests based on your theme choice.
2. Enjoy fun games and face painting during your party lead by Sol Acting Academy.
3. Each guest receives a $10 Voucher to use towards any future acting classes or camps you sign up for with Sol Acting Academy.
Director’s Package
1. Sol Acting Academy will provide costumes and fun props for you and your guests based on your theme choice.
2. Enjoy fun games, face painting, balloon animals and karaoke during your party lead by Sol Acting Academy.
3. Each guest receives a $10 Voucher to use towards any future acting classes or camps you sign up for with Sol Acting Academy.
Producer’s Package
1. Sol Acting Academy will provide costumes and fun props for you and your guests based on your theme choice.
2. Enjoy fun games, face painting, balloon animals and karaoke during your party lead by Sol Acting Academy.
3. Kids will experience acting, directing and producing a short 10 minute play to perform and for all the parents and friends to watch!
4. Each guest receives a $10 Voucher to use towards any future acting classes or camps you sign up for with Sol Acting Academy.
Frequently asked Questions about our amazing Birthday Parties:
Q- Does the pricing change depending on the amount of children attending?
A- Yes, the prices we offer for 10 children or less. Please send us an email with your information ( see last question) in order for us to offer you the pricing details. You can invite as many adults as you like! If the number of children attending will be above 10 children, there is an additional fee of $5.00 per child to help cover the additional supplies needed
Q- Do we HAVE to pick a theme? We just want a regular fun party!
A- Sure! The themes are just fun ideas as to costumes we can bring, but sometimes the crazy mixed bag of random and funny costumes is a better fit, as its great for boys, girls, and any age!!
Q- Is there a limit to the number of children attending?
A- No limit at all!! If you have over 10 kids, we always recommend at least 1.5 hours, or preferably 2 hours, so all the kids have time to get face painted, or sing karaoke, or get their turn being the star and playing the Acting and Fun Improvisation Games.
Q- Is there an age limit?
A- No age limit! We have thrown birthday parties for 3 year olds up to Adults, to bring out the kid and the joyfulness in you!
Q- When do you schedule the parties?
A- We pride ourselves on being very flexible. If you give us enough notice, we can pretty much have the party anytime, weekdays, weekends, school nights…anything you like. The more notice the better the chances that we can fit into your pre planned day and time. But last minute calls are okay too!!!
Q- What is the time limit?
A- The minimum for a Sol Acting Birthday Party is one hour, and there is no set maximum time. If you prefer to have time to enjoy the adult company and let the kids do their thing, we can stay all afternoon or evening if you like! Just let us know how long you prefer and we can adjust the price for you. We can easily fill 7 hours of activities!!! This is how long a day at our Acting Camps are, so we know the kids have a blast all day long, with breaks of course for food, cake, presents, etc.
Q- Do you have space for the children to have cake and open presents at your Studio?
A- Yes! Our Nob Hill studio has 30 chairs, and lots of room to play and open presents. We find most parents also enjoy us coming to YOUR location, whether that is a park, your home, or even a public place like a pool or bowling alley. That way, we come to you, clean up our mess, and you don’t have to get the kids to us by a certain time. If you choose to hold the party at our Studio, we suggest you swing by to make sure you feel it is the right space for your amount of guests, we usually try to stay under 30 guests in total at our venue. There is a $15.00 cleaning fee added to any party held at our studio.
Q- Can we make up our own birthday package?
A- Absolutely! Let us know your interests and budget, and we can go from there!
Q- Can we take pictures or video?
A- Absolutely! There will be lots of laughter, fun, silly costumes, face painting…all great photo opportunities! Plus , feel free to video any part of the party to share with friends for memories that last a lifetime!
Q- How do I book my Birthday Party?
A- Just email info@solacting.com, and let us know the date and time of your event, the age of the birthday child, how many children you expect to attend, and the package you are interested in. We can go from there! We ask for 50% deposit of the total price of the party to be made to hold your event, to be paid at least 14 days before the party will occur.
