NEW UPCOMING ACTING CAMP DURING SPRING BREAK!
Spring Break Acting Camp with Crazy Costumes!
Parents, don’t let your kids sit around and watch tv all of Spring Break! Give them a chance to make new friends, explore their creative side, and have tons of fun at Sol Acting Academy! We will spend five days working on plays, movies, commercials, face painting, and learn lots of hilarious improvisational games. We will also have karaoke to belt out your favorite songs, and tell jokes or stories on the microphone. Plus, we will play with awesome costumes every day, like crazy hats, props, and fun costumes to create your own character on stage! The last hour of class will be a show starring YOU for friends and family! Give your child the chance to build their confidence, communication skills , and creative instincts!
Ages 6-11
March 15- 19, 2010. Camp runs from 9 am – 4 pm.
Early drop off and late pick up is available, up to one hour in the morning, afternoon, or both, for only $5.00 per 30 minutes!

What is Sol Acting Academy?
Sol Acting Academy is a fun and supportive acting school that offers instruction in theatre and acting from a beginner to professional level for kids and adults of all ages, and at every level of development. Whether you want to offer your child the opportunity to develop communication skills and self confidence, or you are interested in breaking into the exciting world as a performer in New Mexico or anywhere in North America, Sol Acting Academy has what you are looking for.
How do acting lessons benefit my child?
We inspire children with positive learning experiences that will build self esteem and nurture respect for different choices and attitudes. Not only do our students develop a further appreciation for artistic endeavor, but they learn teamwork and communication skills that are vital to their development into young adults. Children with ADD, ADHD, Autism, shyness, and diction issues can also reach new levels of confidence and healing with the right support and programs that Sol Acting offers. Our teachers have experience working with kids in all of the above scenarios.
What about adults?
Sol Acting Academy provides two avenues of study.
The first track is for those who wish to develop the skills necessary to pursue a career in acting. We will hone your acting chops and help you prepare for auditions, develop the skills necessary to not only get cast but to flourish on set or on stage, and teach you the tricks of the trade that only insiders know.
The other avenue of study is for those who wish to build their confidence in public speaking, meet others seeking an authentic creative experience, and for those who need to flex their adventurous spirit.
Youth and Adults can further their dreams, network, share information and gain confidence in all areas of public speaking. Start living life! Take some chances! Try something new! If acting is something you have always wanted to try, or perhaps you want to be better at what you are already working on, today is the day to make it happen. Why not?!
